How to Raise a Concern

- Complaints or Appeals: Use our complaints process.

- Malpractice and Maladministration: log a concern.

- Safeguarding concerns: Email our DSL at contact@homewoodtraining.com.

- Whistleblowing (Integrity & Malpractice): Reports are protected by the Public Interest Disclosure Act 1998.

These commitments are reviewed annually as part of our Quality Management System (QMS).
